Terms of use
Effective 27 October 2026. These terms govern use of Ordenax consumer shopping services.
Marketplace and seller
Ordenax provides marketplace and ordering technology. The store shown on your order is the seller of record and is responsible for products, pricing, availability, fulfilment, customer service and collection of your payment. Ordenax does not process, hold or settle consumer funds.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). An order is confirmed only after the store accepts it. Stock and offers can change before acceptance. Delivery or pickup options, fees and minimum-order rules are shown at checkout. The payment arrangement is pay on delivery or pay at pickup directly to the store.
Your account and content
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your phone, OTP and device secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or abusive ratings and notes.
Changes, cancellation and liability
Store cancellation, return and refund arrangements are presented by the seller and remain subject to applicable Saudi consumer law. Ordenax may suspend abusive accounts and update features. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
