Account and data deletion
You can close your Ordenax consumer account directly in the mobile app. No support ticket is required.
Delete in the app
1. Sign in and open Account. 2. Scroll to Delete account permanently. 3. Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently. The request runs against your authenticated account and then signs you out.
What happens
Saved addresses, basket contents, active sessions, registered devices and consumer notifications are removed or anonymized. Your mobile number and name are detached from the closed identity. Historical orders are detached from that identity and stripped of direct contact details so sellers can meet financial, dispute and legal record-keeping duties. A new sign-up with the same number starts with a new empty account and cannot access the previous order history.
